I recommend this UC to anyone! Dr. Nocera is EXCELLENT and compassionate. I like this UC because you gain a personal relationship with the doctor and it comes in handy when you can't get in to see your regular PCP quickly or until your upcoming appointment.

The medical providers deliver exceptional care, demonstrating attentiveness and a willingness to address patients' concerns. However, the front desk staff and the billing department unfortunately, falls short in terms of customer service and efficiency . Billing discrepancies and issues with copayment reimbursement are recurrent occurrences, reflecting in my opinion is a lack of knowledge and professionalism among the staff. These shortcomings detract from the overall quality of service provided by the doctors' office, especially when juxtaposed with the excellence of the medical providers themselves. As an establishing patient , I've encountered numerous errors in copayment handling and have yet to receive reimbursement for these discrepancies. Consequently, I have been forced to seek out a new provider, a decision that has been absolutely horrific and inconvenient because not only are the providers are phenomenal and thorough but the options in this area are slim! It is particularly disheartening as I felt like I was building a relationship with the providers at this office.

The best place for most medical needs is this place right here. Why go ANYWHERE else, to wait long and be treated like a number? When you come here they treat you with respect and dignity. All staff members are courteous and respectful and work together to benefit the patient. The doctors are truly one of a kind and actually take the time out to really care about your health needs, questions, and any input you may have about your personal well-being and health goals. They are all wonderful and I am truly grateful that I finally found a healthcare practice that I can trust and rely on. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME and I promise you, from first-hand experience, you will NEVER be disappointed. They really do go above and beyond.

My experiences at Central Med Urgent Care have always been wonderful. All of the staff are kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. My primary care physician, Dr. Aigbe Lebary, is particularly excellent. He has gone out of his way to help me with my health issues and always makes me feel seen and heard, which is difficult to find. Thank you Dr. Lebarty for your excellent care!

Came to the office for a COVID PCR test. I was symptomatic. I did nor expect to be seen, but a PA did see me and answered my questions. My test was negative.
